BBS NEBS refurbishment questions! SPLIT RIM BOLTS!!!! Tyre advice, wheel spacers!

    Hi All

I have just acquired a full set of BBS NEBS! I will be refurbishing them over time and I need a few questions answered if I may

1, SPLIT RIM BOLTS!!!! do I need to replace them all when splitting and rebuilding? If so, hardened steel???? or titanium???? (current bolt heads say BBS SA I think) as far as I can make out! Where's best price to buy 56?

2, I believe the rim width is 8j and the current 235/40/18 tyres need replacing, can I use 215/35/18 on this 8j rim?

3, On a 1995 855 M REG, Will I need spacers if so a link would be good and how wide for front and back?

    Any help appreciated

    Phill

I do know it's not a M6 or M8 thread, I can remember when I did mine years back I did get all mine out without any snapping off. I seem to remember they were M7 or something a bit odd.

I did look to get some new bolts but at the time I couldn't find any.

    BBS split rims use M7 x 1.0.
