    V70 t5 ecu on 850 t5

    Hi I've an 850 t5 and a v70 classic t5 both auto could anyone tell me if the 850 would run with the v70 ecu and would there be any performance gains

    Is the V70 pre-ME7?
    (Does it have a throttle cable?)

    Thanks for replying the v70 is p 97 and the 850 is n 95 yes it's a pre car thanks cable

    If both cars are standard then the V70 ECU shouldn't run the 850, they will also have different size injectors. The 4.4 ECU could be remapped to run the 850.

    Thanks for the info I'll see about a remap for the original 850 ecu if I can get the Bhp upto around 250 I'll be happy with that I'm trying to keep the car as original as possible thanks for all the help
