Hello,

So me and a friend bought this car recently. Below is where we are mod wise;

Suspension
-new rear Bilstein shocks
-new front/Rear sport springs
-new front anti roll bar bushes
-new steering box gaitors
-new tie rod on one side
-Hub spacers / adapaters to go from Volvo 5x108 RWD offset to 5x114 Japanese skyline offset

Engine
-16T turbo from T5-R clocked and actuator relocated
-New fluids throughout
-New cam belt installed.
-New Distributor cap and rotor arm, with new plugs (which is a pig to install)
-Blow off valve installed between the intercooler and throttle.
-Manual boost controller fitted, but doesn't seem to make much of a difference what ever you do - I've not investigated this yet, but on full boost (but low speed/high gears) it goes to 7-10 PSI on the gauge.
-I'm told it should go to around 15PSI but am not seeing near that
-Brown injectors installed
-Freshly serviced engine oil and filter
-Cone filter
ECU is standard

Exhaust
Home made 3" mild steel down pipe to suit straight flange turbo (you can easily upgrade to 19T turbo cartridge now)
The exhaust has a 200 cell cat in line, with a 20" silencer, exiting just in front of the drivers side rear jacking point

Brakes are standard for now, interior is stripped, it's currently sat on some R33 Skyline wheels.

I need some help with getting it to boost up to higher levels than i'm seeing at the moment.. (7-10psi)
I've checked for obvious boost leaks/splits in the pipework and they seem tired but useable..
We've checked the actuator and it seems to be doing its job after we replaced the pin.
The MBC thats fitted looks like the cheaper type, could that be the issue?
Finally any ideas on how to get increase the power would be appreciated.
