Guide to which turbos on which engines?

My google skills (or lack thereof) are failing me. Does anyone have, or can point me in the direction of, a guide to which turbo units where fitted to which 5 cylinder engines? I've got a rough idea on some of them for the P2 cars, but it would be handy to have a more exhaustive list to refer back to on the odd occasion. I'm sure such a list must exist.
