Boost issues MS-IBC..... JUDDER / POPPING under full BOOST

Boost issues MS-IBC..... JUDDER / POPPING under full BOOST

Sorry guys I'm pretty sure similar has been mentioned loads on the forum or though struggling to find a resolution. PLEASE HELP!

Since the MS-IBC has been installed I have been having issues with boost, currently on relatively low levels of boost (1.1bar) the car has developed a judder / popping (missfire type feeling) on hard acceleration (only since MS-IBC install!!!) Ive tried different settings with no joy! My car spec is:

B5234T3 with forged con-rods, Gizzmo MS-IBC Boost controller, TD04 16T, WHITE 350cc injectors, NGK Iridium's, RICA 304, 3’’ custom downpipe with 200 cell sports cat, 50mm core alloy front mount intercooler, K&N performance panel filter, DO88 silicone hose kit, AEM wideband air/fuel ratio gauge, Early original Volvo RIP KIT, Exhaust middle box delete with custom Magnaflow back box, Baileys DV26 EVO twin piston dump valve.

I do have a standard 16t wastegate and the old boost solenoid is still there just looped back on its self! Ive seen some very very similar posts but still need advice please!

    Thanks Phill

I reckon it's the maf struggling now it's sucking more air.
I had similar when I fitted my forge actuator.
that was with whites & an 18t, a full decat system on my V70r pre me7.

    Atmo dump valves don't help

But as said, take off the IBC and see what happens.

As Martin mentioned it could be plugs (or other part of HT ignition side), if AFRs are OK
