    Water filter for hose.

Well just got a water filter for the hose pipe , so no more water marks after washing the car
Was £100 all in pre filled with the filter stuff inside , works out a £45 to renew the filter contents.

Good sales pitch to the boss also good to clean the house windows without marks

Also got a small bore hose pipe so won't waste filter water when finished.

Also got this TDS meter of eBay for £4
The house water is quite good looking at this meter.

With this low reading the water filter should last a fair bit longer than a real hard water area.

    Cool.
I just got hold of a monster water softener/filter thingy (brand new in the box for free ), all I need to do is work out how I'm gonna get it fitted (technically easy but the mains water comes in somewhere silly)

Dunno, I've not got it out of the box yet lol but its big and requires a low voltage supply.
