    V70 D5 what else can I do??

I've had a polestar upgrade on my D5, I'm wondering what else I can do to squeeze some more power bhp and or torque. What would you suggest?
    Thanks

Mines, no dpf, no cat and remapped. I've finally got the bottom of all the little issues.

Just need to plumb in the boost gauge and it's heading for the Dyno soon, but personally I think the map I have is ££££ or there is another issue, will be able to tell more once gauge is on.

Most if the Diesel Bosch maps I've seen are shocking! I tuned an Alpina D3 which turned out rather fast lately.

I'm so dispondent with the map, I've bought a tuning box now, I'll plumb in boost gauge first to check boost is correct. Then try the tuning box as to me it drives as though it hasn't been mapped at all.

Yes I know I had mine mapped via Shem, although it wasn't a Shem map.

I'd like to see Dyno figures for maps as when asked it all seems a little vague and worked on grams though the maf, which I'm sure not all cars perform the same.

I'm tempted to have the mte map on the s60r, v70r and xc90 then I can have them on the Dyno and see the difference as all the car have base line Dyno figures.

I've been working through the issues and now getting there, I'll try the tuning box and can Dyno before and after and see where the car is at.

Get some Dyno results up before and after, most I've seen on a 163 is 221 bhp, I know the results to be good as it's the same Dyno that gave stock figures for my car and s70chris achieved spot on his last result of 350bhp in his 850, plus I've had a few other cars on there with mirrored results.

I'd be surprised if the xc90 is more than std (185)

Does the remap bypass the dpf? Or is it still there waiting to cause issues, my s60 has a polestar map, I can't get hold of the previous owner a former member to have a chat I know it had a aftermarket air filter also but I've reverted back to a standard filter. Car is quick enough for me love the way it pulls up hills lol. I'm going to get a power flow exhaust system on it should see some gains with that

My ecu was cloned and mapped then additionally had the dpf write out and EGR also written out.

I've just changed the front engine mount and rear one, once the supplier sends me the correct mount.

I'll have it back on the Dyno and see the outcome, it may just feels slow as its so heavy.

Everything I've done has made it feel faster every time.
