    Boost leak or f👹👹ked turbo?

    Hi all,

Finally got the c70 t5 insured and taxed and on the road (delay due to me sending log book off before thinking about what I'd done lol).

Anyway, noticed something a bit strange with it today. When it's relatively cold (only running for a few mins) if I give her full beans I get a hissing sound a a slight feeling of hesitation during boost. However once warmed up the hiss disappears and she pulls like a train.

    Ideas?

    Chere's in advance

When your bank statement says you've spent too much just think "You can live in your T5, but you can't race your house!"

Sounds like a boost leak to me, maybe inlet manifold sealing up when warm?

Let it idle and spray carb cleaner around all the hoses and joints, manifold/head joint etc.

Any change in engine note means it's sucking the stuff in
