    do88 Intercooler Owners

    Evening all.

Those of you who have bought and fitted the do88 intercooler themselves, does it fit right in like a Volvo spec unit or is there any extra fettling required?

    Thanks!

You may need to trim the outer edges with tinsnips ( the edges where the 4 locating holes are in pic)not much, just a few mill. Other than that it's a straight fit and you can still keep aircon rad too

Mine was a straight fit on 2005 v70 t5. Just followed the instructions that came with it.
Very pleased with fit and the finish of unit

This is going into my 850 T5. Jamie at PFS seemed to think there isn't any need for modifications so I'm happy with that.

    Thanks for the replies chaps.

Sorry Dave, it's gone straight to my local Volvo specialist for fitting as the car needs to be back on the road ASAP and I don't have the time to do it myself.

I'm sure someone else in this thread can give you what you need though.
