Morning all, need some advice of you experienced people. Has anyone dealt with a firm who stocks performance intercooler for a d5 (185) or is it a custom job? If the latter would anyone be able to recommend anywhere where the price isn't going to break the bank of England?

Thanked 102,999 Times in 1,826 PostsI assume you are referring to a front mounted intercooler? If so I haven't personally seen any off the shelf items. Custom intercooler may come with some packaging considerations, some items in the engine bay will need to be "pushed back", reduced in size or removed completely.
