P2 v70/s60 T5 FWD Auto vs Manual dynos

Looking for dynos from P2 FWD cars. trying to get an idea of what to expect in hp/torque gains going from auto aw55-50 to manual m56.

From what I've read so far, the autobox losses are around 20-25% and manual 10-15%. please correct me if wrong

You don't get a loss from a manual box, only autos. I would say 20-25% is a bit high too.

There's always transmission loss, manual is usually 9 to 12 % hence the difference between crank and wheel horsepower.

    Agreed.

but after complete stage 0 the car made 200whp and 252crank hp according to their "drivetrain loss measurement with the dyno"
that's pretty close to the crank hp the car have stock. and from 200whp to 250hp is 25%
