Looking for dynos from P2 FWD cars. trying to get an idea of what to expect in hp/torque gains going from auto aw55-50 to manual m56.
From what I've read so far, the autobox losses are around 20-25% and manual 10-15%. please correct me if wrong

There's always transmission loss, manual is usually 9 to 12 % hence the difference between crank and wheel horsepower.
