V70 R Exhaust Rear Cut Outs

I`m getting a custom built twin exit stainless exhaust fitted to my 1999 V70 R in a couple of weeks but need to remove/replace the blanking cover on the passenger side of the rear bumper with one similar to the drivers side, is it possible to just buy one from breakers or will i need one making ???, i remember seeing some custom carbon fibre ones but cant remember where they were being sold.
Sorry if this seem like a thick question but got me a little confused

Yes the exhaust surrounds are removable, plus the exhaust cutout is marked on the back of the bumper if you need to add one.
