    850 16T turbo replacement ..... Need help ASAP....ADVICE!!!!

    Hi Everyone

    Just acquired a new 16t (angled flange) 3'' with lip edge connection for the downpipe....

    I have a straight edge downpipe with a tapered edge...... This has turned in to a complete nightmare and obviously wont fit!!!!! ordered a downpipe and it was still wrong .... PLEASE HELP solve this issue,

    I need to find a solution that wont break the bank!!!

    where would I get such a downpipe??? doesn't have to be stainless ......

    Any idea's peeps....

    Leave the exhaust side in place and just split the turbo and slide your new cold side in

    Pictures might help, not sure what you mean if you buy correct dp shouldn't be a prob

    I cant as the exhaust side I have has a crack in it!!!! plus its much smaller than the new exhaust side so not the best thing...

    It sounds like your downpipe is a standard 850 downpipe with a conical flange,

    I think the 3" angled 16T came from a P2 and the P2 downpipe won't fit a 850.

    They is two ways to overcome this little problem is to keep your hot side & swap over the cold side or get a custom downpipe.

    1996 850 T5 AWD - Self tuned M4.4 ECU with COP`s, B5254T ( S60R internals in a 850 block ) ostrich 2.0 , VXR injectors @ 3.8 bar, K24 turbo with a 6+6 compressor wheel, 3.25" MAF, top mounted Dump Valve, RN Exhaust manifold, 3" downpipe with 200 cell cat, 2.75" Stainless exhaust, Brembo calipers, S60R brake discs, stainless RIP kit, 3" Throttle body,

    OH bum... ok...... know anyone with a cold side (15g am i correct?)
