    Radiator replacement

    hi gents quick question how easy is it to replace the rad can you do it with removing the inter cooler and air con rad thanks

    Fairly straight forward. depending on if its a manual or auto depends on if you will require the oil cooler clips which are a Volvo only part. This is required on the manual anyway from my experience.
    You intercooler & aircon rad should be in front of the rad so don't need to be removed.

    I had rusty bolts on mine which were a pig. If I remember correctly there at 4x 10mm bolting rad to IC and 2x 12mm(?) Bolting rad to chassis: these little ££££ suckers have tabs spot welded to the chassis which snapped off so I had to grind them off
