Pics look good Neal, I saw them on Facebook.

I've long thought a Volvo type mag would be a good idea and I discussed it with daz b when he managed vt, but nothing would happen with him in charge.

The car looks great, but the magazine needs a proofreader!

The car is absolutely stunning Neal and the photographs are simply stunning.....the online magazine idea that Lawrence has is a good one BUT that's as far as my praise for him goes.

We didn't see eye to eye the first time we met at Gaydon and he made comment on VOC about it....I put it down to the Northern sense of humour and gave him the benefit of the doubt. The second time was at Throckmorton where I re-introduced myself to him and his photography club mates - I was outright ignored wtf. Then the small comment about having to trawl through the FB pages to find a photo of the 850R without success wound me up. I spend the vast majority of the day at these meets taking photographs of absolutely everyones car - even Stribos - then the time consuming process of uploading them WITHOUT watermarks and copywrite. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy taking the pics and posting them up & find it a proper pat on the back when folk use them as profile pics etc.

Perhaps just a clash of personalities and a little envy on my part with the quality of his pics, I think he's VOC through and through - which probably explains a lot.

Neal, having had the pleasure of seeing this in the flesh I have to say for a change the photo's dont do it justice! Its one of those cars that looks even better in with human eyes.

As mentioned you'd be crazy to get rid and having lost skin on the manual conversion with James and Carl I think we have a share of that decision too. haha

Its a real testament to you though and goes to show when time and passion is put in a gem through labour and love comes out.
Arguing is pointless....she may not be right but she's never wrong

That is true....maybe I've misjudged the guy, perhaps I'll try and say hello again at the next meet.

Either way, I certainly hope he continues with the online magazine - hats off for giving it a go & it's got to be said again - Neals 850R looks the business
