    Number 15 is the earliest type followed by 13 and then onto 16 which is from 1996 850 onwards right up to 1999 then the ME7 is completely different.

    Turbo or non-turbo didn`t come into it neither did which country the motor was used in just simply a replacement design all the way through.

    Number 16 shape for a 1997 V70 is a different part number 9155878 than 16 for the 850 range 1397877 although exactly the same shape as the 850 marque was completely revamped.

    My Feb 1996 T5 has part 15, the differences seem all a bit strange, it's so quick and easy to clip on I wonder if anyone would see any noticeable differences on a RR back to back test?
