    Hidden gem......

    http://https://plus.google.com/photos/101183957184828601915/albums/6143974388102706081

Found this whilst sitting in the van on Wed morning whilst it p'ssed down with rain. It was going for scrap/breaking. Nice & cheap so got it bought. Collected it this morning & drive it back the 160miles from Gloucester. Lovely drive, quick & cleaned up a treat once I got it home

Another one saved & added to the project list. Should be a nice quick refresh as it's a solid car with the amazing blue interior ( I love it - true early 90's excess!) So keep an eye out if your after an early T5 fully loaded as I'll be shipping it on next month.

    Cheers, Morgan

yours is the first car i've ever seen with a reverse direction Columba on it. I'm guessing the sticks in the boots to hold the tailgate up because of the naff dampers lol

Nice, does it have matching pairs of those wheels? As in a pair for each side?

It was pretty manky when I collected, but could see straight away it was a diamond in the rough & was so cheap I could have used it as a spares car for the other projects I've got on, so well worth a punt. Knew it was an early t5 from the photos & a quick hpi check. Volvo were rubbish at telling the dvla what the cars were

I have a rare blue load cover that I had in my V70 R beore the last owner bought a beige one for her, which is the colour that it should have been. Not sure if it works properly, but I'd want nothing for it and will check it if you like.

Sadly no - it's Oct '94 so must have missed out by a few months, was really crossing my fingers when I popped the bonnet, but no luck. May try & track one down & fit it.

I've had a mess with the load cover, and it's fully open but won't wind back in. If you want it then you're welcome, if not it's of to the tip.

Good purchase there, I saw it on ebay, and saw it went for cheap money, I've just purchased a P plate 850 CD T5 in blue, otherwise I would of looked into it. Happy days!
