1995 Volvo 850 t5Hi guys, just a quick one..how easy is it to replace the turbo on 2005 s40? Ive changed the turbos on the a c70 and 850 before but not sure about the s40.

Thanked 1,733 Times in 1,162 PostsComes straight out the top.. Really easy to get out, oil return pipe can be a pain to get back in due to front to rear subframe and exhaust needing a small 1/4" torques socket on a knuckle and extension bar.
Prepare for a lot of swearing ..
