I've just removed the dual mass flywheel off my old engine, can anyone tell me how much movement there should be between the flywheel and the sprung inner clutch face? I can move the two very, very easily.

I've no idea really, Craig. But I would have thought it should be pretty tightly sprung, probably too tight to move by hand.
If that's the car's original flywheel, then it's pretty sure to be goosed by now. Which will please Frankie

It should be hard, if not nigh on impossible to move by hand.
