    Volvo 850 intercooler

With the klracing group buy does anyone know the maximum width for the 850 retaining the air con?

    Is it 40, 50 or 60mm

Mine is 50mm, but I did need to trim the front crossmember a bit to get the aircon rad to fit:

Mine it 50mm too, and I retained my air con rad with the slightest of fettling, but it was close

Mine is also a 50mm one that I fitted but I didn't want to either push the rad back or notch the front brace so didn't use the air con rad but left pipe work there if I decide to install it.
Personally got for the 40mm one

    poor pics but.........

    50mm inc AC:

    60mm without:

in both cases, you can see the panel holding the relays has moved back, but I think if you want to use a 60mm,you will need some brackets to move the rad rearwards, if you want to keep the AC
