    Stupid question

So, been a while since I last owned an 850, but just recently got myself a TDi.

Loving it so far, especially it's economy compared to my fettled S70 T5, even with it's starship 294k on the clock!

    Anyway, my question is:
Should the low fuel warning light come on with the rest of the lights at ignition-on?

I only ask, as I'm yet to see it come on.
I know these are quite frugal old busses, but surely it requires more than just fresh air to create forward motion?!

Yes, even my diesel does that!

    A blown bulb each then?

    Well, two for me actually.
Most annoying when indicating right, the relay clicking away, lights flashing outside, but no light on the dash!

Nearly 300k though, so can't begrudge it a few bulbs

A good method would be to stick a code reader on, to really see if theres anything wrong. I was very paranoid as I got no dash lights (bar service light but who pays attention to that ... ?!) , stuck a code reader on and nout.
So, now I'm either ecstatic there is nothing seriously wrong or majorly paranoid my ECU (?) is ££££ed ... Ahhhh cars
