A file works well as there isn't a great deal of plastic that needs to be removed

Get one of the Dremel copies from Aldi. I bought one a few years ago, they're a great bit of kit and come with lots of accessories unlike the Dremel - things like the flexi extension are very useful. Very smooth motor too, well worth the money.
Currently - '96 850R auto
Previously - '97 S70 T5 manual, '98 V70R AWD auto, '98 V70R Auto in Nautic Blue Mica with LPG (went to Germany!), 1996 850R Auto, lots of various 940s, 960s and a crappy 850 2.0
i quite like the 3D look. keep it like 1st picture lol
Sit in the middle of the back seats, apply major boot action ala Duke Nukem 3D style ... ?
Duke Nukem
you just named my car.
Here is the hammer
and here is the post hammer chisel install.
I still need to make it go in that last couple of mm but need to do it in daylight as my unit got so many cables coming out the back of it its hard to squeeze them all in.
And I seem to have knocked out the lights to the heater is that a fuse or a cable I wonder.

You've probably just pulled the wire out for the heater illumination.
