    also removing my aircon rad will it make any dif?

    just i thought that the intercooler is inbetween the radiater and aircon rad if i remove it will it be gaining any ?like gettin some more cold air in?

    You'll get less cold air in, as your air con won't work.

    haha my aircon or cruise control dont work so might aswell get rid will it be any better ?

    Not really, by the time your engine would notice any difference it would be time to upgrade the intercooler.
