HID Kit for my C70 advice.

As I have white LED's for my sidelight bulbs in the black projectors, I must improve the appearance of my standard dipped beams. I'm looking at the kits on HIDS4U, and I see 35w and 55w, projector and reflector bulbs etc. I assume that I need the projectors, but what should I go for, 35w or 55w, and what sort of difference is there?

My car is a year 2000 C70, and the kit I have in mind is this one:-http://www.hids4u.co.uk/H7-55w-Ultimate-Xenon-HID-Conversion-Kit-H7ULT3.html

HOW MUCH, i've used plenty of £30 kits off ebay & never had any trouble

you only want 35w, their'll still be brighter than normal halogen. I fit 55w in the main beams for the extra brightness. Reflector kits just have the centre of the element blacked to resemble a normal bulb, i don't bother with that just buy a normal kit.

I thought the price seemed high, so I'm also looking at kits on the bay. Anything will be an improvement over how she looks now tbh.

OK, so what is clear is that I deffo don't need to part with the wrong side of £100.

I went for 6000k also, good match to the LED sidelight bulbs.

I bought the very cheapest BIN set from a UK seller on eBay, about £14.

I don't have any night time shots, just daytime so CBA to post one but they were/are significantly better than the Philips BlueVisions bulbs in there before!

A mod that I've not myself before, but my laser V70 R came pre-fitted with HID's, and they were great. I must do this asap to my C70.

Well they're so cheap these days it would be rude not to since you have projectors!

I remember an episode of Wheeler Dealers from about 10 years ago when they fitted some to a Lexus LS400, they were like £5-600!!
