I'm not sure that 380mm rotors would fit under there actually. They might, but it'd be very tight!

Maybe depending on the caliper being used?

The fact that they're off a jag is reason enough not to use them.

Realistically, if you'd told me they were from something other than a jag, I'd probably like them.
Wheel style is speculative anyway, in your case it's function over form. They need to fit over your brakes, plain and simple. These fit, therefore they're ideal!

Ive just tried them with my comets, No go, Need about 10mm spacers

Done it a few times, I've sorted mine now to fit under titans on 312mm no spacers, so that's good enough for me.

But I don't make any brakes as I'm done with fixing them just fiddling with my 940

Titans have always been awkward for space

Thats why I went straight for Pegs. Just wanted something that would go straight on and leave a decent gap.

Any suggestions for rear upgrades? I was looking at Merc ML twinpot brembos.

Xc90 rear discs 308mm and vented, use xc90 calipers, make bracket I have one here rob made a while back after I started using the 308s with Porsche calipers (wanted something cheap).

or Porsche 911 / boxster calipers work well, used these for a while, more braking force than 302mm fronts, I made these up a few years back.

Or s60r rears on 330s I have these as well with brackets, just not sure what I. Fitting to the olive yet.

I have 4 or 5 different front set ups to use ill most likely pop on the 316mm discs with standard front calipers (on bracket) to get the olive through mot, then decide from there.
