    The remapped chips for these ecu's can be brought from ebay for about £30

    I could buy the chips, the eprom loader from ebay and load the remapped files myself as I've got the files but it's easier to buy the chips.

    What level of adjustability does the changed chip give? Just interested in what parameters you'll have once fitted.

    I've used My Hermes a couple of times and they do seem a bit less concerned with leaving parcels unattended, but the price is usually very good (not sure if you've seen they have recently halved their std cover from £100 to £50).

    You haven't mentioned, unless I've missed it, what the handling is like in one of these old 240's, do they go around corners OK?

    I've only ever been in one, it was the late 70's and my primary school headmaster was delivering me to hospital after a minor accident. Can't remember much about the trip

    The EZK chip just gives the car a bit more ignition advance to stop the engine "pinking" under high boost.

    Your ecu is coming back to you by my hermes but will need a signature

    As for the handling on the 240 its got very stiff suspebsion and goes around corners like it's on rails

    Picked these little beauties up yesterday, 4 VXR 470cc injectors.

    Its running fine just needs more power
