T5r for sale at lakes autos

Hi there been to my usual haunt lakes autos today the volvo breakers,they've had an olive t5r for a while on the forecourt which was a customers they did repairs new tyres and put an mot on it,then the owner couldn't pay so they've took it off him it's now out of mot and hasn't moved it needs a bit of tidying on the body but Nowt much a scab on the boot and the o/s wing as per usual the interior is good,it's auto 855 in need of a home,Bernard said today a £1000 to cover what he's owed should do it! Who's tempted?

I've seen that car a hundred times, it's a right wreck, it's an auto, high mileage, all wheels need sorting and body is tired, ain't worth a grand that's for sure

got to agree with Frankie on this one it is a dog of a T5R yes its had a bit spent on it but to bring it back to top notch dont expect any change from £5k

If I could of made money on it I would have bought it, it's only worth 400 quid at best

My gul was a total wreck with good history and saved that for way less than £5000 doing the work ourselves.

Most of it was replaced with new, total was £1500 including car, but that doesn't take into account the time at all or labour if it was work done in a garage.

does seem rather expencive. the guy selling my T5R wanted 5k trying to play the "ive owned 6 of these cars n i know best" act. but i knocked him down hugely, car had no boost n no power. no brakes. handbrake didnt work, lambda light on n such, all small issues but got him down to 1 so not that bad

I've sold 3 p1s this year for 11k ish and gul sold first, full asking price.

Must be doing something right.

There are bargains to be had, gul cost me £650 on 119k with 3 owners from new.

One of the others was only £350 on funnily 119k, 2 previous owners.

He'd told me similar to frankie ages ago and on Thursday he told me £1000! The other olive he had has now been stripped and crushed but that was passed it for sure!
