I doubt the rear seats will fit in anything other than a C70, as the seat belts are the other way around, I.e. buckle on the outside of the car, and reels in the middle, also, it is probably narrower, as there are only 2 seats in the rear of a C70.

It's just the front seats I'm interested in from an early C70? Will they fit?

My rear bench is perfect, drivers seat a bit worn.

If you don't replace the rear bench the pattern won't match.

As long as the colour was comparable the pattern matching might be a lesser worry than my tired looking bolster.

Very good point on the tilt lever for the C70, never thought of this!

As mentioned, they'll bolt in fine. You'd want pre '99 seats, and if your 850 is a late one (ie. late 96 or early 97) you should have no issues wiring, etc.
If you 850 is a 94 or 95, the looms are different.

Removing the rear seat in a wagon is a royal PITA, but nothing that a lot of swearing, a second pair of hands and maybe even some googling won't get you through.
