You still have to be careful running a mbc and a map that you don't bend a rod with the boost coming in to quick or building up boost 4th and 5th at low revs.
Have to agree though that the mbc makes the car seem quicker.

Im with Claymore on this one, I ran all my 850 t5's with a MBC along with a HLM map, never had a issue the car's are quicker off the mark with a mbc (if)you keep control of the wheel spin lol
I had my boost at 20 psi lol but never booted it (wot below) 3,500rpm in a high gear

Got an old discovery now.
I had an mbc on my s70r auto and it was great on the road as it brought the turbo in much sooner. Mine had issues with a weak actuator at the time and that combined with the mbc being cheap one, meant it couldn't hold the boost past 4k.
Also, for me, autos and mbc's are just a bent rod waiting to happen.
