    19" Pegs

    Anyone run 19" Pegs on an 850/ V70?.. I'm considering buying a set for mine and selling on the Nebs. Opinions?

    lol....I feel your pain. I'd go for 18" Pegs and swap the tyres, sell the Nebs as wheels only.

    Dont need to the Pegs come with decent tyres.. Has anyone actually run 19's?.. I'm sure someone on here used to have a set on an R but I cant remember who it was.

    The problem you'll have with 19s is that they'll be running 35 profile tyres which will send every shock from our fantastic roads directly into the alloy. Reps aren't as strong or as well made as OE wheels imo, you'll soon find the reps are damaged to a point they'll need replacing.

    They would look the business, but I think they'll be more trouble than they're worth tbh.

    i was gonna say that. its the only thing i dont like on 19's is the fact you gotta run rubber band tires on them, i know some people like them but i prefer at least a little bit of cushioning between the pothole you will inevitably hit and your rather expencive alloy!

    I saw them too, wondering whether to fit them to the V70R. or maybe the C70, it can't get anymore uncomfortable.

    Mine is bad enough with 18" pegs on (it is lowered though), every bump feels harsh
    1996 Olive Green 850 AWD - Follow the Project - Forged rods, 19T, big blue injectors, 960 TB, 3.25" MAF, Ostrich, 608 binary, arduino data display, active exhaust control with Focus RS tips, 320mm front brake conversion.

    Tbh I need to get a lower profile tyre on the Nebs, currently running 235, 45's and they've eaten the wheel arch liners (dont worry, I have spares) so my ride is currently fine.. but I have the turning circle of the QE2

    Hated the ride iirc
    19t, greens, 3" inlet, 3" downpipe with race cat, V70R catback, autotech map...

    Ian still has them, uses them as show wheels as they look sooooo good but uses his 18's as his dailys as it drives better.
    I vote for the nebs, they suit your car.
