    Smile xc70 brake upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade the front and rear discs and pads as renewal will be due in the next few thousand and i'm hoping to get the Rica 185 Bhp 420nm upgrade. Has anyone used Tarox or Black diamond upgrades and what is the general opinion or has anyone fitted anything else they found substantial?

    Thanks

Thought about the 336mm xc90 setup? Recon calipers, oe disks and pads will probably be cheaper than black Diamond stuff and will stop you better.

All I had to do is drill the mounting holes in the stub axle and steering limiter arms to 14mm to take the bigger bolts. You can even reuse the hoses if you need to.

    One possible problem....

You need a minimum of 17" wheels or they won't fit over the calipers.

Wrong you need almatheas or pegs, won't fit over thors at all or iirc any of the other 17s (tried Volans, titans, thors, pegs, satellites)

Never had such a low spec car to have Tethys, but they were on the original thread car I read, so put those for a yes the others I've tried and they're a no.

You may as well upgrade the rears at the same time, direct fit from any xc90 no drilling.
