I took the head and sump to work so I could power wash all the dirty and grim off.

The inside of the sump had to be cleaned with some pvc solvent as it was the only stuff to remove the grim.

The PCV return tube on the block has been tapped to 3/8 bsp ready for the stand alone PCV tank.

The vent tube on the head has been blocked off with a 1/4 bsp plug. (all will be revealed for what I`m doing to vent the head later)

I'm betting you're going to vent via one of the filler caps.

Here is a quick sketch of the catch tank that I`m going to use.

The centre 1/2 bsp port is the breather from the block.
The 3/8 bsp port will be for the head.
The other 3/8 port will be for future mods

The port at the bottom will go back to the block to allow the tank to drain back into the sump
And the top port will be connected to the turbo - maf pipe, at this moment in time I`m going for a 3/8 pipe but this mite get reduced down to 1/8 pipe.

All the parts for the VVT delete have been manufactured along with a few other bits and bobs.

The blanking plates for the cam cover where water jetted out of 3mm stainless.

I only needed one but it looks more pleasing on the eye with two blanking plates.

As I could find any drawings for the pulley hubs I designed these and had them manufactured out of stainless.

Also had two bosses weolded into the cam cover for the head vent.

    Houston we have a problem..........

Looks like I need a S60R or V70R rear water pipe.

Looking good Rob, do you think the breathers will be big enough? they look very restrictive to me.
