    TT USB Problem

    Ok, not sure what I can do about this, but my second ECU (which has always been suspect) has a problem, I took out the fuel rail to see why it over fuels, and there is a constant spray out of injector three, as soon as you unplug the injector the flow stops, plug it back in and the flow starts, even with the ignition off as long as there is pressure in the rail it injects, any thoughts from the ECU Gurus?
    No wonder we couldn't get the afr's right on Paul's car.

    is it worth trying your other ecu just to make sure its not a wiring issue? and plug the harness onto another injector just to rule everything else out? sorry you may have done all this but I always start with the basics back to the bigger more expensive possibilities

    Yep, runs fine on the front engine ecu, and yes I tried another injector and it does the same.

    If the fault follows the ECU it couldn`t be a wiring fault and if you have uploaded new files it`s not a software fault.

    It looks more and likely the fault is inside the ecu with the PCB

    1996 850 T5 AWD - Self tuned M4.4 ECU with COP`s, B5254T ( S60R internals in a 850 block ) ostrich 2.0 , VXR injectors @ 3.8 bar, K24 turbo with a 6+6 compressor wheel, 3.25" MAF, top mounted Dump Valve, RN Exhaust manifold, 3" downpipe with 200 cell cat, 2.75" Stainless exhaust, Brembo calipers, S60R brake discs, stainless RIP kit, 3" Throttle body,

    and if youve tried your other TT and thats fine, must be a software issue,
    which is way over my head lol

    It didn't work in my car, but, it 'apparently' worked in the car of the person I bought it off.

    I'd try and trace it back through the ecu, possibly one of the injector transistors... I'll have to get my broken ecu out to see if I can identify which one it is. From the wiring diagram injector 3 goes to pin A24 on the ecu. I'll see what I can find.
