    bottom ball joint

Can the bottom ball joints on the 850 t5 be replaced on their own without the need to replace the whole front wishbones? noticed mine had play in it when I had 2 tyres fitted today and didnt pay much attention to their attachment, just felt for the play.
    Thanks peeps.....Jim

I think the very early ones could be replaced, depends what year your car is.

it will be a whole arm on your car.
only the pre facelift 92-94 cars could be replaced.

thanks for the replies, yeah whole bottom arm it is. No big deal and to be honest would prefer that as the bushes will get renewed at the same time.
