    Detail & a Small mod?

Detailed the Sprinter (e320 cdi) Turtle Wash n Wax through the Pressure washer, followed by wash n wax sponged over, rinsed down with the pressure washer and a shammy afterwoods.

Megs Stage 1 paint prep ready for Megs stage 2 Polish, did this then the Megs Stage 2 polish was followed by there stage 3 Carnauba wax. Ive never been impressed with the megs stuff on the Black 850 or the Grey 850 R, it seems to leave a smeary residue and dark colours, But on the silver this does not seem to notice at all and leaves a lovely smooth glossy finish.

I then Used the Megs Gold Paste wax and i cant recomend this product high enough it really does finish the car off leaving a ultra smooth paint mirror finsh and a smell of buble gum

Now to the little mod lol, Decided to remove the Silver strip that ran across the centre of the Airdam, just didnt like the look and prefer a Big open looking Air dam myself (blessed with the R bumper on the 850's) lol

I think its transformed the front end of the car looking fresher and more purposfull, I'm sure i will get hated on the MB forum but hey ho lol i like it.

Prefer it without Gav, noticed a few of these knocking about. I like them.
Looks tidy mate but I still think you should get a project on the go.

I had to go and find the above to work out what you meant. Your mod looks alright

I envy you with your detailing skills, although I've come on leaps & bounds this year with mine - emptied a can of WD40 into the Scooby's engine bay...

Thanks bud, ive been practising Wet sanding on a Old door from blacky, and this is one area im going to try and master, Re Volvo lol, you never know ive bin toying with the idea of a c70 as a second car but with limited funds atm i dont thinks it viable.

Really love the Mercedes and its so much better than i could have imagined it does everything i need a car to do atm
