You know me Chris, I like to get the O.E plus look when it comes to my cars hence why I've kept it looking fairly standard. Yours looks fantastic though and I bet at 8000 rpm that exhaust sounds amazing.
Next up, CSL carbon air box? £4000 new but around £2000 second hand fitted and remapped.

Are the gains with maps on these, I know when I looked at s4 (v8) it was only a slight increase.

Actually the carbon csl air in take and map sees about a 20-30bhp increase. Generally a standard m3 dynos at 320-30bhp.

It's not just the power increase, but also the drivability that is improved, and the noise!

    I am tempted!

They sound fantastic, I've been in a genuine CSL only as a passenger but the noise on full chat just made me grin lol.

Can't tell in the pics, but is the rear carbon defuser colour coded or all carbon? Are you putting an M3 badge back on the new CSL boot?

looking good chris, always been a fan of these cars, having driven both a standard M3 and a CSL on a track, you will definately be addicted to the extra noise, a CSL howl on the limiter is a memory i will never forget, still very twitchy but once you find your limits its very rewarding and as a point to point car not much will hassle you..

    Can i have a go

My point is Its nice to look at performance cars instead of your 3 diesel Volvos that cost less to buy than a set of decent brakes for an M car.

He'd have to fit a tow bar to the s60 to pull the BMW.
