    Just done a stage 2 remap on the derv and got 178bhp
    Well chuffed however what do people think is safe on 2.0d lump
    Want 200bhp is it poss on standard internals?

    I'd be more worried about the fueling and air systems mate... what with the possible fire hazard n all lol.

    Thats a good power figure for a 2.0 drev, it must go well.
    19t, greens, 3" inlet, 3" downpipe with race cat, V70R catback, autotech map...

    Like a train . Spoke to volvo today and my car is ok so i can take the emergency supply of marshmellows out of the glovebox

    What was the peak torque?
    19t, greens, 3" inlet, 3" downpipe with race cat, V70R catback, autotech map...

    Not bad for a 190k car i thought will stick the graph up when i get chance

    Sweet dude - you won't see many 2.0 petrol cars with those numbers
