    Unhappy Rolling road again :-(

Well after doing a few more bits to my car upgrading bits etc I have now lost 11hp lee at devil developments said I was running very lean high up alot leaner then before and my fuel pump was probably on its way.

The strange thing is the car feels alot faster than before and deffo pulls harder.

Other then running lean the boost is turned right down to 8 psi now to prevent any damage.

Could the temperature cause that much hp loss? It was 26ish on the car and about 14 on the car temp last time.
He also said the standard intercooler was probably no good either.

Thoughts please I've ran on his dyno twice and jkm which read 320bhp, his first was 301 and now 289 jkm was straight after the turbo install and was obviously a nicer result but not reliable and should of stuck it on devils again.

I have it booked in to have The omex standalone management installed and remapped.

    So my route now is
    Headwork
    Lightened flywheel
    Management
    Better exhaust manifold
    St gearbox
Larger intercooler I was always lead to believe the standard one was a good setup?

Any way essay over and yes I am very disappointed lol

Running lean can give a little more torque than usual, I found that out running an mbc and orange injectors. It pulled really well to about 4k rpm then it started ringing really bad.
It wasn't until I got it on the rollers and saw it hit 22psi and 215bhp at 2000rpm, then start detonating, I realised I had a problem. It went really well on the road too.

Get some more fuel in there dude.

Temperature will make a difference also, don't know about 11 hp loss but will lose some when hotter ambient temps

Rob's developing his own maps mate, doing rather nicely at it too from what I've seen (even mapping launch control into it too).

You shouldn't even need greens mate, never mind VXRs... well, I suppose it'll stop it running lean lol.

You will not need a 3.8bar reg with Vxr injectors mate .they run 470cc at 3 bar anyway .that will be plenty enough fuel for you mate .

Intake manifold IAT is the important thing to consider. Above 50 degrees I know that my ME7 will start to pull out all manner of things. Bigger FMIC is a good route to follow. I would only bother with the flywheel if you are going to dynamically balance the internals.
