    over reving

As per the the title im yet again having running issues. I've replaced the ICV and also the rubber hose from the throttle body as it had a split in it but the car still wont run right. It revs high when out of gear and has been basically driving itself lol. Without touching the accelerator the car pulls along at 30-40 mph! Im really out of ideas now. Hope someone can help as its way too dangerous to use now.

Have you tried disconnecting the ICV, I never have mine plugged in, but it sounds like you've got a vac leak somewhere.
