I've just booked our room at the Premier Inn in Warwick, it's a bit further but cheap than Leamington premier inn.

Mallory Court Hotel is just over a mile away also. No idea about prices.

I found some digs in Heathcote although just in someone's apartment

Apologies all, just realised: I have booked myself on a training course (HAZOPs) in mid-December so not going to be able to make it.

If I still need to pay the deposit no probs due to pulling out late

......paid for the accommodation too doh

What we know so far - Date 13th December.

Ideas for location that we've had suggested so far are as follows

Amsterdam
Ireland - Nobber to be precise
Derby
Dubai
Basingstoke
Fleet
Oxford

Please get your suggestions in that way we can secure something early and get cheap hotels etc."
