The BoneWagonI was being a forum whore earlier and read Hussein's build thread on VS. His car is (well was originally) an XC70. One thing that I really liked was his front bumper mod, and I'm vaguely considering doing something similar to BoneWagon as its going to have the paintwork done anyway - including both bumpers being repainted.
My main worry is if the bumper is deeper than an R front bumper - I don't want it hitting every speedbump in sight! Hussein's car is running TME lowering springs and it looks comparible to the European R ride height, but if anyone has any XC bumper height measurements I'd appreciate it.

He's actually taken it further and made the opening even larger but I like the one above... Its different, looks more aggressive, but still looks OEM which is what I like.

and bottom edge on front to the recess under the bonnet is 310mm
