    volvo lh2.4 programming

The 4.4 stuff for 850s got me interested in tuning the ecu, know theres chips available but thought I'd look into it for lh2.4 as in the 940.

Heres a link explaining the basics plus advances in the lh2.4 tuning

    http://forums.turbobricks.com/showthread.php?t=227153

Tunerpro v5 can be downloaded for free from here

    http://tunerpro.net/downloadApp.htm

Xdf and bin files for ecu can be downloaded from here

    http://ipdown.net/jetronic.info/tiki-index.php

a willem pro eeprom rewriter can be picked up for £30 from various auction sites.

Moates Ostrich emulator would be beneficial for data logging but for basics is not necessarily needed.
BUT A WIDEBAND 02 IS A DEFFINATE TO KEEP ANY EYE ON AFRs.

Got no further then opening tunerpro with xdf and bin files.
A quick look at information on xdf shows that fuel cut, rev limit can be altered.
fuel constants and maf scaling can be altered for larger injectors and 012/025 amms.02 to run open/closed loop so no lh learning.

cold start, cruise and wot fuel maps are also easily available plus much more.

There are also bins for ezk timing adaption.

I'll put a screen print up later to help show whats available.

Looks like quite adaptable......anyone got experience with lh2.4 and had good results or bin files they want to share.
