As far as I know there is such a device that you can attach but I have forgotten what its called.
Check with any good car stereo fitter who should be able to give you the advice you require.

There's a device called 'Highway', one of many. It receives in DAB and transmits in FM which is then picked up by the car's FM tuner.
Interestingly, DAB is 2 - 3 seconds behind FM and is a mono signal broadcast, typically, at around 128kbps. FM is a stereo signal and is typically transmitted at around 192kbps. This makes a perfect FM signal better quality than a DAB signal but DAB will not hiss or crackle, it will just disappear entirely or go to a 'robot' type sound.
