IAC Valve piping.

Hi everyone.

Im trying to plumb in my idle air control valve, however I don't have the pipes that connect it to the engine. And as I've done some customising and fabrication its even more confusing.

I'm using a ME7 inlet manifold and custom inlet piping/ fmic. In my head the theory is one pipe goes to the manifold and the other goes to the inlet between MAF and turbo.

The IAC I have is the one that has two outlets (one slightly smaller than the other) between a cylinder which holds the valve solonoid. So not the one that bolts into the standard 850 manifold.

you basically need to use the IAC to bypass the throttle body

You need a pipe from intake manifold one side, then From the pipeing which runs to the Throttle body.

found a pic that will help. You can see i've took the IAC inlet from the pipe coming out of the intercooler, it then goes into a port i had welded into the bottom of the manifold
