Guess who`s just brought a 06 V70

Whilst I was down Dalhousie`s today he showed me his new car.

A 2006 V70 EST in Nordic blue with a geartronic gearbox.

The car was an ex-demo with ALL the toys and owned by Volvo then a Volvo dealership manager,

This car has every sevice and has wanted for nothing.

And it owes him £3100.

very nice but if its the higher tax band I still coundnt bring myself to pay £480 a year lol

If he does break it, it'll be the 3rd or 4th he has, though the first P2 V70R. Keep breaking them boys, our R's becoming rarer by the day.

So blooming rare that would be a sin to break.

I've always fancied pretty much that car... shame I didnt spot it on the bay or else I'd probably have bought that for the sake of a simple engine swap and shoved a 2.4 T5 lump in and had a decent car for less than 3.5k

Nice shame about the engine,Volvo managers car you would think he would have had the engine changed,but tax is just a bit to much and auto.
If it gets broken might have to have a look...

He was looking at a £9k bill to supply & fit a new engine.

The car was registered 2 weeks before the road tax increase.

Exactly it's purely an advert for a sale here, I'm to soft when it comes to these and I hate seeing volvos getting broken unless its a genuine reason. I have no time for daza either I would never buy from him.
