the xc70 sills are the same grey plastic but i didnt like the look, it makes it look like a boat

Rear bumper looks spot on, front bumper I'm still 50/50 on need to see it in the flesh I think. Still a nice change to the norm and if it works for you then who cares.

A suitable splitter and matching skirts would look good

well 48hrs in and the idea of a splitter is a nono, now the suspension has settled back down it scrapes gettin on and off my drive

originally i was goin to mount it higher as thats where the v70's are right under headlights which would of given me the same road to bottom of bumper height as the 850 one... but the bonnet wouldnt fit the recess on the xc, there no holes to mount on wing that high and the bumper would of covered part of the wing, so the bumper is about 40 lower than standard xc (headlight trim width) plus -40 springs an 40 profile tyres on the front, i cant feasably fit a splitter now

Painting the wheels to match grey on the bumpers will finish it off nicely

im really contomlating doing this on the front but colour coded, are yours 850xc or v70 xc.
that bit on the bottom edge looks like v70.

there is no such a thing as an 850 xc, my bumper is off an xc70/cross country v70

i would make sure that the front comes with both the xc eggcrate foglight grills though as mine only had the one and i canny find the other one for a decent price anywhere

to be honest 2 months on i dont really notice them any more but some of the looks it gets is priceless, the only thing id change now is swapping the wheels for 18" pegs

the xc70 bumpers are different to a normal v70, normo ones are colour coded and dont have the grey plastic and taper in from top to bottom at front unlike the xc one which is pretty flat

ha ha the fogs and surrounds are the same the grills are eggcrate as apose to fins
