That looks smart and would you say it is worth putting a 3inch turbo back or just 2.5 since your the only one I no with a tunned D5 ha

When it comes to exhausts and tuning I'm not the wettest fountain of knowledge BUT I went 2.5" turbo back and de-cat & didn't notice any measurable increase in performance to be brutally honest - sounds a lot better though. If I were to do it again, I'd just go CAT back. Graeme Welch is the man to speak to.

Remap wise....I went for a local, well established company who has an excellent reputation on the Ford scene - unfortunately I didn't really get the performance I was expecting. The car recently ran on a Hub Dyno at AET and produced 147 whp & 362Nm torque - quite low, disappointing figures but it drives VERY well and keeps up with others. I've often thought about having it re-remapped lol with MTE

I don't think it's wise installing a Powerflex bush in top engine mount on a D5 - a few have done this and reported far too much noise and vibrations resulting in loose teeth lol

I totally agree with not fitting PF bush on the top mount of a D5, the new OE uprated bushes are great and much better than the older round ones.
Also, being as your car is FWD, I'd ditch the PF inserts that you've purchased as your Strut brace will still flex and theoretically, it won't be a true strut brace unless it's solid and cannot move.

    Fit these instead:

These will make your strut brace solid and then you'll eliminate Torque steer on the front and make your car much more behaved and nicer to drive when your foots planted!
You won't get any extra vibration either because your engine is still isolated from the bulkhead by the engine mount bushes.

That'll sound superb on a D5, my powerflow was too loud on the T5 but sounded epic on chavboy's D5.

Well had the car RR on sat and it ran191.8bhp and 275 Ft rather happy as a starter so here is a few pictures

Also fitted top mount bush is a bit shakey but al live with it as volvo want 60 quid for a new one going to do my boot build when I am back from holiday and paint the calipers gold. Ordered a new 3bar boost gauge so I can see 1.7 bar all so looking for a few interior ideas as I was thinking of getting the silver panels done carbon fiber

It's still recommended that you install the powerflex bushes into the engine bar mounts as the strut brace sits very close - literally mm.

Without the powerflex bushes, you'll find the engine bar may come in contact with the strut brace.

Here's the thread showing how close they are:
