With a DTi tuning box, chavboy's D5 163 made 177bhp and 341ft/lb on the rollers so I imagine a proper remap would fetch a fair bit more. However, you're intercooler will go pop pretty quickly so it'll be a good idea to go for an aftermarket one that can cope with at least 30 psi.

It'd be a good idea to have the car dyno'd now and done again after the mods to see the gains.

A few of my friends with gay clio 182's are having a dyno day so I am going to bring some class as I want to see what it can do before I start. I have found this intercooler as I no they deal with a lot of hi powered diesels http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Darkside-U...08620431&rt=nc

Ordering these at end of month for OPTIONS AUTOS cant wait to have them on.

Have a few ideas in the pipe line getting my R wheels hydro dipped in carbon fibre.

also found out why my standard strut brace rocked so much ha, ordered a new uprated polly bush so should be here soon.

That brace is supposed to wobble about but I see you've bought the tensioning kit too. That'll keep a lot of the vibration from the poly top mount out of the cabin

    Car's looking awesome mate....

I've had parts dipped with these guys - highly recommended:

    https://www.facebook.com/aquagraphixuk
    http://www.aquagraphix.co.uk/

Looking at your last pic, that Top Mount looks like the older rounded housing type, the new ones were far more square and less likely to fail. Even with a Brand New mount, the stabiliser bar will move. Fitting the Powerflex bushes either end will limit this movement quite a bit.

I don't think it's wise installing a Powerflex bush in top engine mount on a D5 - a few have done this and reported far too much noise and vibrations resulting in loose teeth lol
