    Question Dolby Settings on HU-803

I'm interested to know what setting most people are using, so thought I'd try a little poll.

Hopefully the options cover most settings (although could have probably done with a extra option!), but please add your comment below.

I mainly use off, as I prefer the music to sound as if it's coming from around the car and don't get that from the other settings, which always sound like they are coming from the front.

Try the pro logic setting, it's loads better.

When listening to music ie iPhone or CD, the music will sound like its not coming from one place if in Pro logic mode. It also enables the Pro logic processor within the head unit. Sound will be clearer, more enhanced with more bass too!
However, it's advisable to disable Pro Logic when listening to the radio for a more richer, more stereo sounding sound.

3-channel does not enable the built in Pro Logic processor. It just enables the center speaker but the speakers are still working in normal Stereo. Pro Logic setting turns on the built in processor and music will be more enhanced.

I wonder if that's why on the SC900 in the C70, you can only have pro logic on CD, and not on radio.

Get rid of original sound system.... Replace head unit with double din unit then upgrade all door speakers and re amp them and you will never even think about pro logic ever again..........leave the pro logic in the front room of your house lol
